Shipping & Returns:

Orders are normally processed and shipped in 24-72hrs via USPS first class mail, priority mail, first class mail international, or priority mail international.  Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if the order has not yet shipped by contacting info@foxonahill.com with your name and order number.

If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.  You may choose to cancel your order at that time or wait for the item to arrive in stock.

Purchases may be exchanged for a product of equal value or returned for a refund (customer responsible for shipping and handling costs) within 30 days of purchase date. Product must be unopened and in original condition. Please email info@foxonahill.com to request a return authorization number to process your return or exchange request.
